The manager Gloria is a good person and she's very nice.
Good parking within close walk to CMAC venue. Did not stay at the hotel so can't comment on that.
Great place maintenance crew is awesome and the property manager is awesome and so sweet. Just make sure you get a roommate you can trust
The manager is very kind and understanding excellent location for college
Room is clean and modern. Kitchen is small but layed out well. For a monthly studio apartment/hotel room it's very reasonably priced and very nice looking. Beds are comfortable and sheets and pillows are good quality. My only complaint is the poor picture quality of the included cable.
